Asst. prof. Aniko Noemi Turi holds her university degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the University of Szeged and Master’s degree from University Jean Moulin III in Lyon, France. She proceeded with her doctoral studies as a young researcher at the Faculty of Management in Koper in the field of international labour law principles. She is the author and co-author of several professional and scientific articles. Her areas of research include social dialogue, employment relations with both from the legal and the human resource management aspects.

Next to labour law her special interest is the alternative dispute resolution (ADR). After completing the training at the Central European University in Budapest she obtained a mediator diploma under the auspices of the Cardozo School of Law recognized by the American Bar Association. Later, with the scholarship of Rezler Foundation, she studied at the Anderson School of Management (University of New Mexico), where she obtained the certificate of Conflict Management. She also completed the training for arbitrators in labour disputes organized by the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce in the framework of the ADR project.
