Dear students, professors, and colleagues,
You are warmly invited to join us for the Faculty Day and Erasmus+ Day,
taking place
on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 10:00
in the Great Hall of the Faculty of Law and Economics.
The event will be an opportunity to celebrate together, share
experiences, and look ahead to the future of our academic community.
We have prepared an engaging program featuring welcome addresses, a
presentation of an Erasmus experience, and a keynote lecture by Marko
Grobelnik on the topic:
“Artificial Intelligence: A Friend or a Challenge for Higher
Education?”
After the formal part of the event, we invite you to join us for
refreshments and informal networking in the atrium.

10:00 – 10:30 | Gathering and Welcome Coffee
Arrival of participants and informal networking over coffee in the
faculty hall.
10:30 – 10:45 | Opening Address
doc. dr. Mitja Steinbacher, Dean of the Faculty: Welcome remarks and
reflections on Faculty Day and the Erasmus+ program.
10:45 – 10:50 | Address by the Student Council President
Presentation of student activities and the importance of student
participation in shaping faculty life.
10:50 – 11:00 | Erasmus Experience Presentation
Ana Pahler, Erasmus student: A personal story of studying abroad –
challenges, opportunities, and inspiring moments.
11:00 – 12:00 | Keynote Lecture – MARKO GROBELNIK
“Artificial Intelligence: A Friend or a Challenge for Higher
Education?”
A lecture on the role of artificial intelligence in modern academia –
its impact on learning, research, and academic integrity.
15 minutes discussion
12:15 – 13:00 | Refreshments and Networking
