    About the Workshop
This university-based session explores the fundamentals of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and its practical applications to academic study, career exploration, and working effectively with others.

Through a highly interactive workshop, participants will have the opportunity to examine their reported personality preferences, deepen their understanding of their individual strengths, and learn from the perspectives and experiences of others. Discussion, activities, and questions will help participants discover how personality differences influence communication, learning styles, career interests, and interpersonal relationships.

Drawing on his extensive experience as a management consultant, trainer, and coach, Daniel Oppenheim will bring these concepts to life with enthusiasm, practical examples, and a healthy dose of humor. The goal is to make personality type both understandable and useful, helping participants recognize the unique characteristics they bring to their studies, careers, and relationships with others.

There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion, regular breaks, and snacks in a relaxed, high-energy learning environment.

Fasten your seatbelts! Expect an engaging, thought-provoking, and occasionally surprising exploration of what makes us different—and how those differences can make us more effective together.
