There are a number of suggested hotel options local to the University.
Please note that hotel accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.

Which airport should I fly into for the Conference?
Koper is well served by Ljubljana, Trieste, Rijeka, Venice airports. All have convenient links to the city of Koper.

Can I pay at the venue for the conference?
No, all payments must be made in full before the Conference begins via the registration site. We will not be able to admit anyone who has not already registered and paid for the conference.

How do I view the conference program?
The conference programme will be available to view online closer to the date of the conference

Do I need to book the Conference Dinner?
All delegates wishing to attend the dinner must book a separate dinner ticket. This can be done when you register online for the conference. If you have already registered and would like to add a dinner ticket to your booking or wish to bring a guest please email .
