Parking at the conference venue

Most of the parking areas are managed by the Koper utility company “Marjetica Koper d.o.o.”. On their web page, you can find the parking locations and price lists

What accommodation options are there?
There are a number of suggested hotel options local to the University.
Please note that hotel accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.

Which airport should I fly into for the Conference?
Koper is well served by Ljubljana, Trieste, Rijeka, Venice airports. All have convenient links to the city of Koper.

How do I plan my journeys around Koper?
Transport for Slovenia has a fantastic journey planner that will assist you in finding your way around Koper.

How do I get to and from the airport?
Please use the above journey planner website, or visit the airport websites for transport information including public shuttles and private transport, as well as taxi information.

Can I pay at the venue for the conference?
No, all payments must be made in full before the Conference begins via the registration site. We will not be able to admit anyone who has not already registered and paid for the conference.

How do I view the conference program?
The conference programme will be available to view online closer to the date of the conference

Do I need to book the Conference Dinner?
All delegates wishing to attend the dinner must book a separate dinner ticket. This can be done when you register online for the conference. If you have already registered and would like to add a dinner ticket to your booking or wish to bring a guest please email info@fm-kp.si.

Can you confirm my booking or visa request?
Please email info@fm-kp.si for registration enquiries.

Can I have an additional receipt?
Please email contact@kat-inst.si to request a receipt.
